Namaste! Prince Harry meets the 'five virgins' (and shows off his socks) as he visits earthquake-hit Kathmandu on Nepal trip

Prince Harry met the public in Kathmandu, Nepal, today ahead of talks with the country's first female president Bidya Devi Bhandari as part of his official five-day tour. The Prince was presented with flowers (pictured inset) and received a traditional namaste greeting before sitting down with the president for a 30-minute talk about issues including improving opportunities for young women. The royal even showed off his grey and blue socks when asked to remove his shoes as a mark of respect when touring the Patan Palace courtyards. He then visited a municipal camp for displaced families in Bhaktapur, where families still suffering from the aftermath of the 2015 earthquake live in tents.
