Katie Hopkins has admitted she looks like 'a vegan lesbian bookshop owner' just hours before she was due to undergo surgery to remove an infected section of her skull. The 41-year-old mother-of-three underwent brain surgery last month to treat her epilepsy, inset. Before her latest operation, Katie asked her husband to cut her hair because she has been ordered not to wash it while her wounds heal.
