Dramatic moment primary school teacher was rescued after she and her dog became trapped in thick mud for TWO HOURS
A primary school teacher has spoken out about her horror after being trapped in the mud on a cliff side on New Year's Day. Lorrayne Starr was trapped in the tomb-like mud (pictured main) for two hours with her terrier Olive. Ms Starr was chasing Olive down the cliff side when she became trapped. A nearby dog walker heard Ms Starr's screams and called for help. A Coastguard winchman eventually pulled Ms Starr to safety (pictured, inset), but the 49-year-old said she was really scared that she and Olive 'were both going to die'.
