I undstnd dat dis is a big blunder that is too costly to have but we shld undstnd that error is bound to happen wherever u hv human. I don't think they have made such error before, so we shld try n undstndn wit them for this once. Just sharing my view based on what I learnt about error back in school and based on my belief that humans are not totally error-proof
