Blackpool? Don't! Yarmouth... 'great' pending! The kiss me quick posters you won't find on your Easter break: Artist creates alternative seaside town adverts

Artist Jack Hurley creates alternative seaside town adverts
They could be traditional tourist posters showing off the best Britain's seaside resorts have to offer, but artist Jack Hurley's alternative 'kiss me quick' designs reveal a rather grimmer side to the UK coastline, with drunken revellers, lewd graffiti, violent attacks and even a beached whale. Mr Hurley's designs have caused a stir from Redcar to Cleethorpes as resorts see how he's depicted their towns - but the 36-year-old, who grew up in Teignmouth, Devon, says his work is actually an affectionate tribute to the Great British Seaside.
