'My silver ombre left me looking like a Fruit Pastille lolly': Mother reveals furious text message spat with salon after botched hairdo - and how they threatened to call the police if she shamed them online
Lianne Smith from Blackburn, Lancashire, claims the salon made three attempts to get the £70 dip-dye colour right (pictured right on the tablet), however she said they left her looking like a Fruit Pastille lolly (inset left). The 24-year-old's hair was so bad that a different salon eventually offered to fix it for free after seeing pictures of Lianne on New Year's Eve with her hair split into three completely different colours by an ugly jagged line (left). Lianne had been growing her hair for five years and saved up the money for a dip-dye colour treatment last month. Lianne complained to the salon via Facebook but they threatened to call the police if she shamed them online (message is pictured inset right).
