Sign me up! The 46-year-old, who has one of the best bodies in Hollywood, ordered the vegan cookbook on Amazon after she learned about the diet during an interview
Wes Allison, Stephanie Bogdanich, Molly R. Frisinger and Jessica Morris wrote the book after they discovered 30 days of eating nothing but vegan tacos is actually beneficial for your health.
And like most people, Jennifer was concerned that the concept is just too good to be true.
'Isn’t the corn tortilla, like, not that good for you?' she asked aloud. 'And what about the cheese? It’s interesting.'

However, the cheese the former Friends star was concerned about isn't on the menu. The diet book, which debuted in December and is already sold out, consists of 75 recipes for vegan tacos, which means meat and dairy are off limits.
'I already ordered the book on Amazon!' Jennifer announced at the end of the interview.
However, her interest in the trendy diet plan isn't that surprising. Jennifer is known to wax poetic about tortillas during interviews. She is also a regular at Marix Tex Mex Cafe in West Hollywood.
'It’s cliché but it would be a Mexican meal,' she once told Stylist of what she would choose to be her last meal. 'It’d be chips and guacamole, quesadillas, enchiladas, a big tostada salad. And nachos.'

But it will be interesting to see if she actually tries eating tacos for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The star has one of the most enviable bodies in Hollywood and is known for choosing balanced meals over fad diets.
According to the book's description, readers will learn how to make their own tortillas and fill them with everything from beer-battered Portobello mushrooms to tater tots, which may be of interest to Jennifer.
Last year, she told Self that she loves making nachos and fries the chips herself. 'Just take a tortilla, cut it into triangles, and throw ‘em in coconut oil,' she explained.

One image on the cookbook's Instagram page sees a taco stuffed with a vegan hot dog. And there are even recipes for healthy salsas and margaritas, two of Jennifer's other indulgences.
Unsurprisingly, the new diet book is attracting a lot of attention, with many people taking to social media to share Jennifer's enthusiasm and dub the eating plan the greatest thing to happen in 2016.
Former reality start Spencer Pratt jokingly tweeted: 'I'm on day three of this taco cleanse and have only gained like 10lbs,' while Patricia Lopez added: 'I've never been so excited to start a cleanse.'
'Begin with a breakfast taco, the most important taco of the day,' the book promises. 'Even if you do nothing else, your mood will brighten in just 24 hours.

'Keep eating tacos and within a week your outlook will be noticeably improved. After 30 days, cleansers report lasting benefits - and you will, too!'
However, the tongue-in-cheek satirical guide, which pokes fun at dieting culture, also jokingly claims to help followers grow beards and conceive children.
When one Twitter user contemplated starting the plan, The Taco Cleanse replied: 'It's a satire. But don't tell anyone else. It's a secret.'
And while The Taco Cleanse doesn't appear to make any promises about weight loss, Jennifer believes the book's scientists may be on to something - and that just adds to its appeal.
