Poppi Worthington died after she was found with serious injuries at her home in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, in December 2012 and her death has since been shrouded in secrecy. Details of the case were finally released today by a High Court family judge, who found that her father, Paul Worthington (right), sexually abused her in the hours before her tragic death. His ruling was given in a civil court case involving the local council after police told Worthington he would not face criminal charges.
