Another round of fuel scarcity may hit the country following a directive from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria ( PENGASAN ) to it's members to embark on strike from Thursday June 7. Over alleged government refusal to address pending issues affecting the oil industry. The directive on the planned action was contain in a memo dated July 4 , and is expected to affect all oil installations, offices, site and production facilities, according to the acting general secretary of ( PENGASSAN ) Lumumba Okugbawa.
