Star Wars bubble bath millionaire wins battle to build 'London's biggest mega-basement' featuring banquet hall, Turkish bath, two bars plus space to store his cigars... at a cost of £70MILLION 

Star Wars toy tycoon Robert Beecham (inset), 65, punched the air in delight as the plans for his lavish megabasement (top) at his property (bottom left) in Primrose Hill, north London were last week given the go-ahead. Once completed, experts say the rebuilt home (centre) and basement will be worth £70million and feature a banqueting hall for 80 people, a Turkish bath and a salt grotto as well as a room to store cigars. Incredibly, this massive redevelopment will measure 200ft - the length of seven London buses. The house will look substantially different (bottom right) following the makeover - and will feature a massive new basement.
