Her words come following reports that a group called Overweight Haters Ltd have been handing out cards to commuters on the London Underground, calling them 'fat and ugly'.
In her guest column in Closer magazine, Chloe, 28, said: 'Body-shaming is a hate crime, in my opinion it's just as bad as racism.'
