NEW DELHI: With Prime Minister Narendra Modi directly reaching out to the Opposition at the all-party meeting on Wednesday to assure them that his ministers — Arun Jaitley and Prakash Javadekar — will take their views on board on the GST and climate change, the first tangible signs of a thaw in the atmospherics could be discerned. Another party leader Randeep Singh Surjewala later added, “We’re ready to negotiate on all issues, provided the talks are conducted in a structured manner”.
