'Not the baby!': Desperate cries of pregnant woman as she is stabbed in town centre leaving her fighting for her life
A 40-year-old pregnant woman was heard screaming 'not the baby' as she was stabbed in the busy town centre of Sutton Coldfield. An air ambulance, pictured left, landed in the town this afternoon and paramedics, pictured right, treated the woman before airlifting her to hospital. Two members of the public, both men, were also injured while West Midlands Police has confirmed a 41-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
