Who needs photos? Coleen Rooney treasures her pregnancy days with plaster bowl molded from her baby bump after welcoming son Kit
Most new mothers document their pregnancy with photographs of their expanding tummies.
But Coleen Rooney has gone one step further in her quest to treasure her pregnancy days after unveiling a plaster cast 'baby bump bowl'.
The proud new mum and wife of Manchester United footballer Wayne Rooney shared the picture of the special memento with her Twitter followers on Wednesday, along with the caption: ‘Love my bump cast and photos.’

The special white keepsake appeared to incorporate baby scans from her pregnancy with her third child, Kit, who was born last month.The emblem was also emblazoned with the baby's name, birth date and weight.
It is believed the cast was created by Liverpool based photographer and former midwife, Jocelyn Conway for the TV personality, who also has sons Kai, aged six, and Klay, two.

She advertises the cast as a ‘bump bowl,’ worth £85, though it is included free in VIP photography sessions. Following the baby’s birth, images of the newborn are then taken inside the unique souvenir.
The cast, usually created at around 36-38 weeks of pregnancy, takes around 15 to 20 minutes to complete and is created when plaster bandages are wrapped around expectant mums’ tummy to create the shape, before it is dried out.
Some women then choose to paint and decorate the bowls before displaying them as ornaments.

The famous WAG’s decision to publicise her baby bump bowl comes just days after she told her Twitter followers that she was planning on eating her placenta, in pill form.
She tweeted a picture of her placenta dried and turned into capsules in a jar, neatly tied with a blue bow. She wrote: ‘Looking forward to starting my capsules @placentaplus1... Thank you xx’.
The fashion designer, who married in 2008, is the latest in a long line of celebrities to have a permanent souvenir made of their baby bumps.
