Education watchdog Ofsted has stripped Cherubs nursery in Linton, Kent (inset), of its outstanding rating after the owner Cindy Fox (left with children) took a snap of four-year-old Sophia Bourne (right) on her first day at nursery. Mrs Fox claimed Cherubs was now at risk of closure because it was no longer eligible to receive fresh funding from the local authority. Sophia's mother Chantelle, who runs a marketing firm with her husband, has launched an online petition to try to have the Ofsted ruling reversed, and has attracted 600 signatures.
