She's living proof that hard work pays off after shedding an impressive four stone as part of her hardcore fitness regime.

So it's no surprise that Lauren Goodger is keen to show off the results of her hard work as she draws attention to her sculpted figure in a vivid yellow bikini in her latest shoot.

The 29-year-old star proved she's moved on from her body hang-ups as she dared to bare in the bold two-piece.

The skimpy number is comprised of a halter-neck bikini top which features a particularly plunging neckline which accentuates her ample chest.

The former TOWIE star also draws attention to her svelte waist and chiselled abs in a pair of tiny neon bikini bottoms which feature cut-outs at either hip. 

The Essex native highlights her shapely pins in a pair of nude stilettos, while her brunette locks are swept into a high ponytail.

Lauren highlighted just how far she has come on her weight loss journey by uploading a candid before and after shot of her incredible body transformation to Instagram on Friday.  

'So glad I made the change. Hard work paid off. Years of yo-yoing but this is the only that's worked for me,' she wrote alongside the motivational snap, which showed her at her heaviest in a similar bikini.  

The reality star recently told PROUDSTARS, she is grateful to her mother for joking she had ‘body dysmorphia’ because it prompted her to take her weight loss mission seriously, shedding an impressive four stone in less than a year.

Lauren explained: ‘We’re from Essex – it's completely different. Everyone talks to everyone like that and it’s not a shock. We’re very open, upfront people.

‘My mum text me after I said it on TV – she went mad! “I’m fuming! That wasn’t very nice”, she said. But in a way, it's tough love. I don’t dislike her for that.

‘I look back now and I’m glad because I don’t look like that anymore. And she’s really supportive – she tells me I look beautiful.’

Lauren, 29, admitted her mother wasn’t the only one serving up harsh truths since both her boyfriend Jake McLean and her older sister Nicola also warned her she was piling on the pounds. 

‘Before I was very much in denial. Jake said to me, “Cor you’ve put on a bit of weight!” and my sister said to me last Christmas, “You’ve got a bit big!”, she revealed. ‘I can laugh about it now, but I needed to hear it to change.’
