And Lauren Goodger once again flaunted her incredible results in not one, but two Instagram posts on Tuesday, both of which saw her strip down to her smalls.

Proving her body hang-ups are long behind her, the 29-year-old reality star displayed her slimmed down frame in two racy ensembles. the first of which was a racy mismatched bikini.

The skimpy two-piece drew attention to the former TOWIE star's sculpted shape with its violet bikini top and neon yellow bikini bottoms which featured strappy detailing around the waist.The vivid ensemble also offset the fitness enthusiast's deep bronzed tan as she stood behind-the-scenes of what appeared to be sultry photo shoot. 

The TV personality sported a heavy make-up look comprised of a smokey eyeshadow look, while her bee-sting pout was emphasised with a deep nude lipstick.  

Her brunette locks ensured her made-up face was the focal as she wore her tresses in a high ponytail.

'The bum is one of the biggest muscles in the body and I've lost fat from that area but I gained good solid glutes and in my DVD there is an bum section which I follow,' Lauren wrote alongside the image.
