agreed to pay N1.04 TRLLION fine slammed on it
by the Nigeria Communications commission NCC
for flouting the regulatory directive on SIM deactivation.
MTN is reportedly pleading for staggered payment plan to
pay-up the fine.
Vanguard says that the agreement to employ the starggered
payment model followed a series of meetings between the executives of MTN Nigeria and south Africa with VP, Prof. Yemi
Osinbanjo.
