Lamar Odom 'unlikely to face charges over cocaine possession as his medical state is considered too fragile'
Lamar Odom remains in hospital after he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel last month.
Yet despite his tenuous medical situation it appears his reported legal woes are improving because TMZ claims he will not face charges for the cocaine possession that lead to his hospitalisation.
It is believed that Khloe Kardashian's 35-year-old ex-husband was found with the narcotic in a blood sample after his dramatic collapse, leading to the anticipated charges for carrying the drug.
The website reported last month that Lamar's blood work revealed he was under the influence of cocaine when he was found unconscious at the Love Ranch brothel.
It was claimed Lamar's case would be handed over to Nevada's NYE County District Attorney with the possibility of the basketball ace facing jail time.
