WARNING GRAPHIC. Ava Van Rose (pictured, left, before the assault) was attacked on Friday as she cradled her new born son Bryson at a house in Dublin. She was left with burst lips (right) and her son with both internal injuries and a lump on the head, which have left him in hospital (inset). The glamour model - whose real name is Bridget Byrne - posted graphic images of her injuries online last night alongside a photo of her baby lying in a cot in Temple Street Children's Hospital. She claims her child was throttled in the back during the attack, leaving him with internal injuries. Miss Rose, who starred in the short-lived reality show Infectious, with Big Brother's Marc O'Neill, has spoken in the past about her ambitions to become Ireland's first major porn star. She is currently unemployed after taking time out to have her son.
