Swapping his stethoscope for a camera, a talented Malaysian doctor, Marcellian Tan, 40 has captured a series of stunning images on his journeys around the world. Tan's photographs illuminate the dramatic beauty of the natural world from the barren volcanoes of Iceland (top left) to the sultry paddy fields of Bhutan (bottom left). Rich cultures and people also inspire his work and he has shot Myanmar monks (top right and centre) and Tibetan farmers (bottom right).
